Construction & Facilities

Ascendant manages U.S. Government construction and facility management programs worldwide, to include program evaluation/analysis, contract and client management, scheduling, estimating, design, self-perform and subcontractor coordination, quality and safety management, and risk management.

We achieve client objectives in schedule, quality, and cost with well-planned and efficiently managed design, construction, commissioning, and facility operations. Ascendant goes beyond industry standard management practices and expectations; our team strives to maximize facility asset value by continuously evaluating each program or project from a lifecycle perspective, developing actionable recommendations, and implementing them to optimize client-specific construction and sustainment phase processes.
